The future commercial building will be built in the area of the inner city, between Miloša Veliki Boulevard and Beogradska Street. On the land complex, with an area of 11,280 m², the investor intends to build a modern retail park, a freestanding building with shops and parking space on the ground floor.

The basis of the investment is the construction of a commercial center, ground floor level and P+1 floor level. The center will consist of four units or facilities. The first building in the north and the second building in the southwestern part of the complex will have floors P+1, while buildings three and four (in the south and east) will be single-stories. Each facility will have several premises, and each of the premises will have a sanitary facility, warehouse space and a sales – commercial part. The gross area of ​​all above-ground floors of the planned commercial building is 6,046.9 m².
